"P.J.'s Story & History"

P.J.'s Sandwich Shoppe was founded over 50 years ago, by Marguerite Mary Louise Josephine Pellegrini. Peggy is short for Marguerite, & Joe is short for Josephine, & P.J. is what her family & friends all call her.

A loving great grandmother to a very large family, who helps operate the restaurant daily! P.J.'s Sandwich Shoppe first started in the breezeway at Utica Square & since then has moved from spot to spot.

Throughout all of P.J.'s relocating, customers have managed to follow along & find their way back to their Favorite Sandwiches!

You might still see P.J. making sandwiches & taking orders, but the restaurant is primarily ran daily by her loving daughter Jan Dunn, as well as family & friends!
